A three-day overview of the Workouts and Bankruptcy process. The goal is to provide lenders with the resources to make prudent decisions and to adopt proper procedures in distressed situations. Topics include Consensual Workouts In and Out of Bankruptcy, Adversarial Bankruptcy Proceedings, Dispositions of Collateral, Third Party Issues, Reorganization Planning and Financing Opportunities in Bankruptcy/Debtor-In-Possession Financing.
