The Advance Field Examiner
Workshop is "big-picture" program
conducted for field examination managers and
senior examiners/auditors. The three-day workshop
focuses on major issues and trends affecting
the field examination function. The goal is
to assist participants in applying their extensive
backgrounds to enhancing the role and perception
of field examination departments in their
organizations. Managing the field examination
group as a value-adding unit is stressed,
with an entire section devoted to effective
staff management, recruitment, retention and
career path options.
