Your sponsorship and/or exhibitor booth at CFA’s 64th Annual Convention allows you to reach over 1,550 key decision-makers in all facets of the asset-based financial services industry.

The Convention Exhibit Hall, consisting of 95 booths, will be in the Yerba Buena Ballroom of the San Francisco Marriott, San Francisco, CA.

  CFA Grand Prize: CFA will be raffling off a one-year lease for a luxury car. Attendees must visit exhibitor booths and get their Convention Passport stamped before taking a chance to win.
  
  Exhibitor Prizes: Exhibitors have the opportunity to collect for a drawing at their booth. On Friday, November 14, 2008, CFA will hold a prize drawing to raffle off exhibitor items. Prize winners must be present in order to win.

Note: Booth assignments are made based on your previous points and on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will receive a confirmation of your booth # two weeks after payment is received.

In order to be included in the Exhibitor Guide that will be distributed with The Secured Lender, you must submit form and payment by AUGUST 12, 2008.

Exhibitor Registration: Exhibit fee includes one full Convention registration including admission to Exposition and to all Convention social and meal functions, seminars and programs. An exhibitor wishing to have additional employees attend the entire Convention can purchase a full convention registration at a 25% discount. Employee(s) must be listed under the same corporate name as that of the exhibitor.
NOTE: Exhibit booth staff cannot man the exhibit booth without a paid convention registration.

Setup will begin on Tuesday, November 11, at 12:00 noon. Under no condition can booths be disassembled before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2008.

Exhibit Equipment: The 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth includes the following:
-One complimentary Convention registration
-6-foot skirted table
-1 wastebasket
-1 identification sign
-2 chairs

Exhibitor Logistics

Curtin Convention & Exposition Services, Inc. is the official decorator for the Convention. All arrangements for exhibit material handling, decorations, additional furniture, labor, signs, cleaning, electrical, etc. must be made at the exhibitor’s expense via Curtin. Curtin will send exhibitors an exhibitor kit in mid-September, with complete information and instructions regarding displays, shipments, setup and dismantling as well as additional services they offer. Curtin will have a desk set up in the Exhibit Area and a representative will be available each day to answer any of your questions.

Shipping and Material Handling: Curtin advises each exhibitor to arrange to prepay for material handling services.

Advance Shipments to Warehouse:
- Begin Receiving: October 21, 2008
- Deadline to receive shipments: November 7, 2008

Direct to Show Site Shipments: Curtin will receive on-site 3rd party shipments at the Marriott ONLY during exhibitor set-up hours on Tuesday, November 11, 2008.
